Fire teams rescue 15-year-old stuck on crane over high-rise building in Jerusalem

Israeli rescue teams saved a 15-year-old boy on Monday after he spent seven harrowing hours dangling from a construction crane 36 stories above Jerusalem, officials reported.

The teenager, whose identity has not been released, told rescuers he had climbed the towering structure around midnight, seeking what he described as a better “view” of the city. He became stranded on a small platform that connected metal cables to the crane’s hook, suspended precariously above a high-rise building under construction.
