Social Links has secured $3 million in follow-on funding to accelerate the development of AI-powered defense systems against increasingly sophisticated digital threats. The investment round was led by venture capital firm Yellow Rocks!, which has multiplied its initial stake sixfold since its earliest participation in the company.

The fresh capital will primarily support Social Links’ flagship AI Defender Autopilot initiative, which aims to detect and neutralize advanced AI-enabled fraud, misinformation campaigns, and scams targeting corporate brands, digital assets, and personnel.

“The misuse of AI by the criminal sector has created complex risks that outpace the capabilities of existing protection methods,” said Ivan Shkvarun, CEO of Social Links. “Our responsibility is to provide clarity and actionable insight, turning fragmented and overwhelming data into effective defence. Beyond technological development, the funding will support Social Links’ geographic expansion into new markets, strengthening its position in the evolving digital risk protection landscape where traditional cybersecurity measures increasingly fall short against AI-powered threats.

Founded by experts in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Social Links has evolved over the past decade from specializing in digital footprint analysis and investigations to becoming a pioneer in AI-driven defense systems. Shkvarun, who recently assumed the CEO position, has led the company’s strategic shift toward AI-based threat prevention with a focus on converting complex digital information into clear, actionable security insights.

Unlike traditional cybersecurity firms such as Feedzai or Proofpoint, Social Links differentiates itself through specialized AI agents trained specifically to recognize the nuances of digital fraud, misinformation, and platform abuse. The company targets emerging AI-generated attack surfaces across social media, messaging platforms, and broader digital ecosystems that conventional security approaches often miss.

The company recently launched SL Crimewall, a platform designed for streamlined OSINT investigations, while simultaneously forming strategic partnerships to enhance its identity data capabilities.
