PIB Refutes Claims of “False-Flag Operation” in Deadly Delhi Car Blast

The explosion took place around 6:55 PM on Monday when a Hyundai i20 car detonated near Gate No. 1 of the Red Fort Metro Station, one of Delhi’s busiest areas and close to a major tourist attraction. Authorities have classified the incident as a suspected terror attack, and investigations are proceeding at an accelerated pace.
In a significant development, three doctors have been arrested in connection with what officials are describing as the “Kashmir-Faridabad-Delhi terror case.” The suspects have been identified as Dr. Adeel Ahmad Rather from Qazigund, Dr. Muzammil Ahmad Ganai from Pulwama, and Dr. Shaheen Saeed. Both Dr. Rather and Dr. Ganai hail from Jammu & Kashmir, a region that has historically been central to security concerns in India.
The case has drawn immediate attention from the highest levels of the Indian government. Union Home Minister Amit Shah chaired multiple high-level security review meetings on Tuesday to assess the situation and coordinate the investigation efforts.
