Crowd Drawn to Warren Township Committee Meeting Following Misinformation on Bardy Farms

Tensions ran high at Thursday’s Warren Township Committee meeting as an unusually large crowd gathered, drawn by circulating misinformation regarding the future of Bardy Farms. The historic 120-acre farm property, which has remained undeveloped for generations, became the center of heated discussion after false information spread through the community about potential development plans.

Township officials faced a packed chamber as residents expressed concerns over rumors that the property would soon be converted into high-density housing. Mayor Victor Sordillo addressed the gathering, emphasizing that no formal application for development has been submitted to the township.
