Rap artist Offset has officially denied involvement in a controversial social media post that insinuated paternity claims regarding Cardi B’s newborn son, as the former couple’s public feud takes another contentious turn.

Through his representative, Offset categorically rejected responsibility for an Instagram Story that read “My kid lol,” which circulated widely on social media platforms. The post appeared amid growing public attention to Cardi B’s recent announcement of her fourth child, born from her relationship with NFL star Stefon Diggs.

“Any statements attributed to Offset circulating on social media are completely fabricated. Cardi responded to misinformation, and the situation escalated unnecessarily,” the former Migos member’s representative told TMZ. The spokesperson emphasized that Offset “has remained supportive of Cardi and genuinely wishes her nothing but the best.”

No information has emerged about who might have been responsible for creating or sharing the alleged fabricated post. However, the damage was already done, as Cardi B responded with a barrage of now-deleted social media messages that appeared directed at her estranged husband.

Though she avoided mentioning Offset by name, Cardi B’s frustration was evident. “I’m still being harassed and threatened to the point that I feel like my life in danger,” she wrote in one post.
