In a controversial House floor speech in March 2026, Democratic Representative Dan Goldman of New York brought to light explosive allegations against President Donald Trump from newly released Jeffrey Epstein-related documents. Goldman cited files that claim Trump sexually assaulted a teenage girl between the ages of 13 and 15, according to records made public through the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

The speech quickly gained traction across social media platforms, prompting inquiries into the accuracy of Goldman’s statements and the allegations themselves. While Goldman did deliver the speech as reported, the exact age of the alleged victim remains somewhat unclear due to redactions in the files, with Goldman correctly stating she was “between 13 and 15 years old” at the time of the alleged incident.

During his address, which Goldman later posted to his X account on March 18, the congressman referenced specific documents from the Epstein files labeled as EFTA_00057737-8 and EFTA01660639. The first document contains a heavily redacted interview where the alleged victim describes an encounter with Trump in disturbing detail.

According to the statement Goldman read aloud, Trump allegedly asked everyone to leave a room before telling the victim, “Let me teach you how little girls are supposed to be.” The document then describes a sexual assault that ended when the victim bit Trump, prompting him to strike her and demand she be removed, reportedly saying, “get this little b**** the hell out of here.”

The second document cited by Goldman appears to be an FBI slide deck prepared for prosecutors that provides an overview of Epstein’s criminal activities. Trump’s name appears on a slide titled “Prominent Names,” alongside other high-profile individuals including former British royal Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor (who was arrested in early 2026 over Epstein connections), convicted sex offender Harvey Weinstein, and former President Bill Clinton.

Goldman asserted during his speech that the FBI considered the accusation credible, evidenced by its inclusion in materials prepared for prosecutors. When contacted for comment, the FBI declined to address whether it considered the allegation credible or explain its criteria for including accusations in prosecutorial presentations.

It’s crucial to note that this reporting confirms only that Goldman delivered the speech as described and cited these documents. The veracity of the underlying allegations remains neither confirmed nor refuted. The mere presence of an individual’s name in the Epstein files does not necessarily indicate wrongdoing.

The Epstein Files Transparency Act has generated significant public interest since its implementation, requiring federal agencies to release documents related to Jeffrey Epstein, the financier who died while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. The legislation has provided unprecedented access to information about Epstein’s network and alleged crimes.

Both the White House and Goldman’s office were contacted for comment on the congressman’s speech and the allegations, but neither had responded by press time.

The revelations come amid heightened scrutiny of powerful figures connected to Epstein. Just days before Goldman’s speech, billionaire financier Leon Black was ordered to be deposed in a lawsuit filed by Epstein victims against Bank of America, further demonstrating the far-reaching implications of the Epstein case across political, financial, and social spheres.

The ongoing release of Epstein-related documents continues to spark political controversy and raise questions about accountability for those in positions of power who may have been involved in or aware of Epstein’s criminal activities.
