Governor Sherrill Launches PAC to Boost Moderate Democrats in Midterm Elections

New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill is leveraging her growing political influence to support fellow moderate Democrats in the upcoming midterm elections through a newly established political action committee.

Sherrill, who made history last November as the first female Democrat elected governor of New Jersey, is launching “Mission to Deliver PAC,” a federal committee designed to back candidates in both federal and statewide races. The initiative comes as Democrats aim to recapture House and Senate majorities while navigating ongoing tensions between the party’s moderate and progressive wings.

“Americans are sick and tired of the status quo, and they want leaders who are ready to take on the tough missions to make their lives better and protect our fundamental freedoms,” Sherrill said in a statement announcing the PAC.
