Religious institutions across the United States are implementing enhanced security protocols amid a concerning trend of attacks targeting houses of worship, according to recent data from the Family Research Council.
While the 415 documented incidents of violence against places of worship in 2024 represents a decrease from 485 in 2023, these figures remain significantly elevated compared to the period between 2018 and 2022.
